Orders ship 2-5 business days from when the order was placed. Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We want you to enjoy your Tru Center Training experience. Your satisfaction and happiness are important to us. Please contact hello@trucenterwellness.com with feedback and we will do our best to make you happy.

DAMAGES

We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact hello@trucenterwellness.com with your order # and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.

After orders leave the studio, Tru Center Training is not responsible for the loss of a parcel, delivery errors, or damaged parcels. Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order, Tru Center Training is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
